All tickets purchased through this website are subject to availability. E-tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date selected at the time of purchase. Please present your e-ticket (printed or on mobile) at the entrance.
Promotional pricing is valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). MyKad pricing is exclusively for Malaysian citizens; MyKad verification is required at entry.
Tickets may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the visit date has not passed. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order confirmation.
Visitors must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Aquaria KLCC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors who do not comply. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Aquaria KLCC and its ticketing partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during your visit, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Personal photography and videography are permitted within the venue. Commercial use of images or video requires prior written consent from Aquaria KLCC management.
